Serenity Cider

Melt into a state of easy serenity with this soothing cider recipe.

This warming, antioxidant-rich cider is inspired by the wildberry flavor of our Serene State stress release gummies.

Ingredients:

  • Small handful mixed berries
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Small handful fresh mint
  • 2 cups hot water

Directions:

  1. Add berries, lemon slices, honey, and mint to a teapot or heatproof vessel.
  2. Pour hot water over the ingredients.
  3. Gently stir and lightly muddle the berries to release their juices.
  4. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Strain into a cup, top with a small slice of lemon, and enjoy warm.
