Hazelnut Chia Seed Pudding

Hazelnut Chia Pudding INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1 cup yogurt of choice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Mix everything together, refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight until thick and pudding-like. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Mixed Berry Chia Jam INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Mash berries with a fork then stir in chia seeds and maple syrup. Let sit for 15-20 minutes until thickened and jammy. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

To serve, portion out pudding into a glass or bowl then top with jam and crushed hazelnuts.
